They vaguely explained search engine optimization to him and told him for between $300 to $400 he could get his business featured in Google maps when someone searches for his name. Well this is a free service that he could do himself, but because he did not know any better he thought it was really worth $300. Good thing he checked with us and we fully explained SEO and the services that SHOULD be offered. Beware of some of the offers out there. I think this article really hits the nail on the head.
