When Top SEO Women of 2010 was put together, it was based on inspiration from posts on the Web. Granted, we started with those who are well known, but it turned into more almost overnight. This year, we put together the Top SEO Women of 2011.
We Need Your Nominations!
We’re forward thinkers, looking into tomorrow. By our point of view, 2012 is coming quick, so we’re already on the look out for the Top SEO Women of 2012. We know we’re missing out on a whole bunch of strong SEO women, and we need your help.
We know there are a lot of SEO women out there; we can’t meet them all. Here’s your chance to nominate your favorite SEO woman. Many aren’t known online, so we have no way of hearing about them unless you tell us, so get your nominations going!
No, you can’t nominate Gabriella Sannino or Jahnelle Pittman. It’s wonderful, but if either us made it on the list, people would start to wonder about our partiality. We can’t have that. But thank you. Really.

The list started as a way to recognize hard working women in the SEO industry, whether search pioneers or up-and-coming optimizers. However, we decided a list just wasn’t good enough.
